Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sometimes an item may not be what you expected when it arrives despite our detailed description and photos. If this is the case, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving your purchase. If the item was not a custom order and it can be resold, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping only after the item(s) is returned to us in original condition within 10 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
At the moment All orders are being shipped within 5-7 work days unless otherwise specified on the listing.
Please Keep in mind that we DO NOT work on etsy orders on weekends. Our Weekends are reserved local Parties and most importantly Family time. We might ship Fridays processed orders out on Saturday morning but we do not make/process orders out on Saturday or Sunday.

If you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing the order and we will let you know if a RUSH shipping is possible.
Additional fees for RUSH order, and/or Priority shipping may be required.
Should you decide you've changed your mind it is completely ok. We will be more than happy to cancel your order and refund your money. You have 24 hours (maybe even up to 48 hours if you are lucky) to cancel your order and be refunded.
Once your order has been started it can not be canceled or refunded.
If you receive your order and are unhappy with it or if your order has been damaged during shipping we will be more than happy to work with you to exchange your order to meet your needs. Please send us photos within 3 days of receiving your item(s) as proof of damage. We will asses the damage and decided how to resolve it.
Please note that the colors of finished products can differ slightly from the color on your computer screen do to photo lighting and computer settings. We do our best to take the best photos possible to depict the items colors as accurately as possible.
Please make sure to order your items well in advance of your event to assure a timely arrival. If placing an order and cutting it close please reference the estimated shipping before placing order.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND we can not control how long it takes USPS to delivery an item. In addition to Etsy we also have local orders and work on products in the order they are received.
We will not issue any refunds if your package does not arrive by your event date.
Orders are shipped to address provided! We are not liable for orders shipped to non updated addresses. Please make sure the address listed with your Etsy account is current before placing your order.
Also, Please note once an order is shipped on time it is out of our hands how long it takes USPS to ship your order, wether it is lost/undelivered, or damaged during shipping.

Update: The shop owner sent a new batch of props reflecting the glitter gold I initially asked for and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The craftsmanship is stellar! The owner’s quick response to my review and corrective action to her assistant’s mistakes speaks to how truly professional she is. In hindsight I wish I had reached out to her directly first, before so publicly expressing my dissatisfaction. If this batch were the first props I received, it would have gotten 5 stars! ———- Very cute concept, but the craftsmanship is a little sloppy. I thought the card stock would have been a little heavier. Worst of all, I sent a message prior to ordering requesting glitter gold (I had to send 2 messages as there was no reply to the first one after 4 days) and I received the props with a standard gold, NOT glitter gold.
